Halloween Event is Over, time to pucker up
Whether you enjoyed it or not, whether you're happy with your new hats or not, the event is now over and it's time to give A-Net the credit they deserve for bringing us another great event. Whether you thank them for snazzing up the towns, ToT bags, hats or whatever (personally I like Mad Kings new jokes, even he doesn't like Paragons), get your 12 chars in now. No QQ'ing about how to make it better or what they should have done, just give them a little appreciation.
GG A-Net.

He's such a dude.
Great event. Loved the ToT bags.

Most of it was just recycled from previous years, they didn't put that much work into it, besides making new hats and changing a line a text from the Mad Cow King.
Edit: Forgot about the costume brawl since I never even looked into it. Can't really comment on that, but yeah, sounds like it was fun.

I was sad that I didn't get to play as much as I had hoped. But not too sad. I was too busy living an actual life . Come to think of it, I'm not sad. All I got was about a dozen ToT bags...but I got first prize in a costume contest. Fair trade.
But it was definitely a cool event. I enjoyed the moon and decor. Would have been really happy if the event had lasted one more day as Thursdays are the days I get to play the most. 2 hours ftw.

my favorite part of halloween, like last year,
is watching people mis-type a command in public chat when king thorn asks them to do something.
King Thorn: "King Thorn says JUMP!"
Guy in back: .jump
*pause*
*aaauuughhh* <--Guy in back dying
i always laugh

Yeah, the best part is when the guy next to him calls him a NOOB, then does the very same thing a minute later.

While I wasn't a big fan of the event (and thought the masks this year were awful, frankly) I will certainly give Anet props for continuing to support the game and for going to a great deal of effort to try and provide enjoyable holiday events. Gifts are gifts, after all, it's only proper to say thank you for them.

I had a great time during the event. I didn't have much of a chance to enjoy the costume brawl (so many monsters to farm for decayed orr emblems and treat bags, so little time...), although I hereby resolve to do that next time
I especially liked the extra touch to Droknar's Forge - the Sorrow's Furnace soundtrack playing in the background rather than the usual music. Made the effect there so much nicer
And most of all, I'd like to thank ANet for all the free booze and sugary snacks!

Halloween was fun....
If they do the Costume Brawl again, it would be good if you could pick your class instead of being forced by your primary class... just my 2 cents...
Besides that... T-Bags for all!

I had a great time. :-) I liked the Trick or Treat bags, they made great things to give away since they have that little bit of festive suprise to them.

And that's exactly what I am talking about, all the little things that go unnoticed by so many. That was a particularly nice touch.

Typing everything in bold doesn't make your opinion any more important than other people's.

Good event, cool masks, fun games again. The jokes were pretty fun, too.
